Since our think tank can conceive no more noble purpose than the promotion and dissemination of cultural product we do not fully understand, we hereby announce the release of Arte Povera, an “experimental hip-hop” album by Neon Trotsky, presumably a brighter and more electric successor of Leon Trotsky.
